Job Description: As a successful Business Analyst you will need to develop an in-depth knowledge of your business area in order to assess and manage the effect of requested business changes. You will also liaise with business leaders and frontline staff to understand, document and prioritize business requirements across affected business areas. Principal Duties & Responsibilities: specific tasks associated with performing this job Develop project initiation documents defining high-level scope. Develop business requirements document describing the project's objectives and listing the requirements for each business area prioritized into mandatory, desirable and optional categories. Create business cases defining the costs and benefits associated with requested changes. Create user Acceptance test plans. Design business models incorporating process and data models. Loan IQ Subject Matter Expert (2+ years recent experience) Has to be an excellent communicator. Must understand the commercial lending area.
