Required Skills:
Min 7 + years of IT experience
Should be an expert in XML Workflow
BS/BA in Computer Science or related area.
Prior experiencing at least 4 years, leading small to medium sized project teams.
Developing stored procedures and packages in PL/SQL.
Expert in developing and tuning SQL
J2EE development experience with XSL, XML, and _javascript_
Middleware experience - BEA WebLogic
Platform experience with one or more of the following platforms: Linux, Sun
Solaris, Unix, and Windows
Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills
Prior experience leading IT projects is required
Flexible team player with excellent inter-personal and leadership skills
