Strong skills required in critical thinking and analysis. Good written and verbal communication skills. *Good interpersonal skills*. *Plus*: Development experience with PERL/CGI, Flash/Actionscript, content automation and source control a plus. Experience working in high-profile, high-volume web publishing environments is a strong plus. Develop web pages, templates, scripts and other processes that produce content and syndication for Digital Media Technologies. • Follows tasks through a development life cycle (coding, testing, debugging, documenting, peer-reviewing, deploying, monitoring, and support) in accordance with industry best practices and specific internal procedures and standards. • Contributes to task identification, work effort estimates, and work schedules for development and maintenance activities. • Participates in the analysis, definition, and scoping of efficient, cost effective application solutions. • Works with internal departments to provide associated deliverables required for the successful completion of development and maintenance assignments (e.g. business development, database development, web designers, end-user training).
