 1.    Software development on Microsoft .NET 3.5 platform (C#)  (Minimum 3
years)

2.    Software development using ASP.NET <http://asp.net/> (Minimum 3 years)


3.    Windows Presentation Foundation using MVVM with ClickOnce deployment

4.    Windows Communication Foundation

5.    ImageGear (Accusoft) and DynamicPDF (CeTe) libraries for image
manipulation or similar

6.    Modern architecture and patterns (MVVM, Unity etc.)

7.    SQL Server 2008 development skills (T-SQL, Triggers, SSIS) (Minimum 1
year)

8.    Relational Database design (normalized models, data integrity, data
encryption) (Min 1 yr)

9.    Database project maintenance, database deployment, optimization and
tuning skills.
