Network Engineer Responsibilities: • Serves as network expert for data center build, working with existing architectures and operations team • Create detailed implementation plan based on proposed architecture • Finalize design, configure and test network components, server hardware components (e.g., logical names, physical names, IP addresses, OS versions etc) • Configure network components such as routers, switches and firewalls • Support deployment of production code • Create test plan and schedule for system testing • Properly document all activity and changes to ensure a smooth transition to existing Operations organization
