Should have minimum of 4 years of working experience in Installation, Configuration and Administration of MQSeries v6 and higher (noncluster / cluster) including WebSphere MQ Cluster design through non-GUI interface. Set up (Creation of Queue Manager, Clusters, Queues, Channels), administration, monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and change management. Define best practices, provide guidance to Customers. Knowledge of MQ Support packs and knowledge of MQ Api's. Should have exposure to overall environment sizing estimation and Test-to-Scale to determine the maximum capacity the server can support. Should have good troubleshooting skills, collecting must gather documentation, opening PMR, collecting documentation and work with IBM and track it till problem resolution.
