*REQUIRED SKILLS:*

- SAP CRM 7.0 Interaction Center enabled for FCC Collections and Dispute
Management business scenarios in the context of a contract accounting (CA)
implementation

- Ability to configure and enhance SAP CRM  7.0 Interaction Center (IC
Webclient) and SAP CRM 7.0 Case Management including configuration of
Organizational structure, Navigation bar, business roles, interaction
record, inbox, alerts, broadcast messaging, activity clipboard profile,
configuring global document types, links for content repositories, FCC UIs,
transaction launcher, case types, categories, linked cases, partner
determination, statuses, activities, escalation, attach documents,
FCC-related fact sheets, Web UI customization, etc.
