Position: Product Manager Location: San Francisco, CA
Duration: 6 Months Rate: Open Client: IGT The consultant would need to get up to speed quickly on our products, will document requirements and will work with Engineers/QA/Mgmt to drive projects through to completion. The Product Manager is typically more business focused and need not have a technical background. The Product Manager is not directly responsible for scheduling or project tracking. SKILLS/EXPERIENCE * Must have 3+ years of software Product Management experience, plus additional experiences in relevant industries or domain (preferably from a gaming or financial background) * Must have startup experience * Strong user experience design sensibilities - must be passionate about creating delightful user experiences * Ability to design and manage to metrics * Extensive experience working on tight deadlines in fast-paced environments * Extremely detail oriented, self-motivated and disciplined * Experience in taking a product from concept to release, having worked as the Product Owner on a scrum-based software project * Ability to understand business imperatives and customer needs, and apply that knowledge to managing multi-disciplinary projects and teams * Ability to plan, organize, and establish priorities to achieve results * Strong organizational and analytical skills; attention to detail * Ability to learn and apply knowledge of existing and new business processes in order to oversee functional and cross-functional activities as they relate to hitting major milestones and ultimately delivering product or services releases * Ability to coach, inspire and motivate others to meet aggressive goals * Excellent verbal, written, and visual/presentation communication skills * Outstanding creativity and drive; excellent written and oral communication skills * Appreciation for different cultures and operating environments overseas, preferably from work or life experiences abroad * BA/BS degree; Masters or MBA is a plus ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage the entire product life cycle, from concepts to development to release * Coordinate with and communicate status to cross functional teams and stakeholders on multiple business levels * Maintain knowledge of the competitive and industry landscape * Develop screen mockups and wireframes, as needed * Write epic and user stories according to Agile Development methodology * Engage closely with engineering team and assist in determining the best technical implementation methods * Initiate and prioritize features and projects, track product development, and develop product launch plans * Manage the trade off process during feature-set review to ensure releases are delivered against established, prioritized company business goals Thank You Regards, Rajesh Kumar InTelikore Corporation Phone: 510-803-5298 Fax: 408-852-3309 <mailto:raj...@intelikore.com> raj...@intelikore.com <http://www.InTelikore.com> www.InTelikore.com
