Performance Testing *Location(s) - * Bloomington, Minnesota *Nos. * 1 Duration : 6months *US CITIZEN, GC Only* · 5+ years experience in Test Planning, Load Performance Testing and Design/Development/Execution of Complex Test Automation. · Demonstrated Strong Planning and Technical skills in Load Performance Testing, Test Automation and Administration of QA Tools. · Extensive experience in the Design and Development of 'Automated Testing' of various client-server , web applications, web services using HP/Mercury tools: Quick Test Professional (QTP), Win Runner, Quality Center and Para soft tools: SOATest · Highly Experienced in Load and Performance Testing using Mercury Load Runner · Experienced in driving Evaluation of New Technologies and determining the Return-on-Investment. · Experienced in Installation, Configuration and Administration of Mercury Quality Center · Knowledge of the supporting platforms for Mercury Quality Center like Web sphere, JBOSS, Oracle, MS SQL Server is highly desired. · Mercury Certification in Load Testing and Automation is highly desired · Strong verbal and written communication skills · Strong analytical skills. Math aptitude a plus · Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment, learn quickly and solve problems · Detail oriented with the ability to work and guide others during time constraints to meet deadlines · Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business requirements
