- BA / BS
- 4 years Microsoft CRM
- Experience in managing User expectations
- Experience as Functional/Technical Support
Hands-on configuration experience in MS CRM
- Recognizes potential problem areas and provides advice and direction on
the use of technology tools and problem solving processes
- A proven functional professional with at least two (2) full lifecycle
Microsoft CRM implementation. Certified Microsoft CRM professional would be
ideal.
