* * *Location: Eden Prairie, MN* *Duration: 4+ Months* *Rate: DOE on our 1099 / CTC only* *Skills: Experience with SF.com and SF.com deployment tools, Agile based project involving multiple internal teams and vendors.* * * *Mission/Purpose:* 1. To work as part of an implementation team to configure, test and implement Salesforce.com for 20+ businesses and 1000+ users, including sales management and sales operations. ** *Description:* 1. We are seeking a resource to manage and bring discipline and best practices and SF.com experience to our SalesForce.com implementation. 2. Resource will be responsible for deployments and for the management of our various environments. *The duties and responsibilities to successfully perform in this role are to:* 1. Manage user access to the application as required by each functional area ensuring that team members have appropriate levels of access. 2. Communicate training needs to the Training Department to ensure that all team members using the tool are appropriately trained to do so. 3. Regularly review the way in which the application is being used in line with business requirements to ensure that the company is getting the most from the software in the simplest way possible. 4. Configure areas of the application to meet business needs. Work with appropriate team resources to handle all configuration-based “customizations” 5. Work with the importing and exporting of data from external sources 6. Write reports and build dashboards to extrapolate date in order to draw specific conclusions on the business and the sales cycle. 7. Set up security settings (Sharing Model, roles and profiles, field level security, etc.) *Major qualifications and duties include: * 1. Intermediate to Expert level skills with mid to large scale deployments involving multiple systems (some installed, others cloud) and multiple data sources 2. Advanced skills in managing multiple environments and data steams 3. Previous experience with SF.com and SF.com deployment tools 4. Strong grasp of industry best practices for deployments and environment mgmt 5. Possess leadership and management skills necessary to deliver rapidly evolving Agile based project involving multiple internal teams and vendors. *Qualifications:* 1. 1-2 years administrator level experience with Salesforce.com 2. Highly developed written and verbal communication skills. 3. Solid team collaboration skills.
