Hi,
We have Senior J2EE - Taleo Developer requirement with our client at Lincolnshire, IL. This is a 6 months extendable project.
The skills needed are:
Architect / Designer or Sr. Developer
7+ Years of experience in the following
a) Java, J2ee
b) XML
c) Oracle
Mandatory :
Experience in Taleo hiring system implementation (at least 3-4 system implementations)
Communicating with client and gathering requirement for any new enhancement or improvement in the application.
Estimating the total efforts that would be required to complete the enhancement or improvement task within timeline.
Analyzing the requirement with other team members and then preparing the high level and low level design.
Analyzing and performing Impact Analysis.
Good Team player, Excellent Analytical Skills, Ability to work under pressure, Good communication skills, Does continual learning.
