*Position: OBIEE Functional* *Location: Bay Area, CA* *Duration: 6 Months*
Position Overview: Significant OBIEE Experience Knowledge of HFM, Essbase, Financials, Oracle ERP Analytics, HR Analytics + * Lead critical corporate Worldwide Custom BI and BI Applications Financials Analytics, Revenue analytics, Headcount cube, HR Analytics initiative. * Manage the project, advise the core team on best practices on BI projects. * Subject matter expert in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Financials, HR and CRM. * Understand business requirements and convert business requirements to system designs * Design desired ETLs and analytics dashboards and reports. * Help to establish standards for data warehouse technology, as well as design, development, implementation and maintenance processes * Work closely with the IT/Business leaders in the prioritization of the projects. * Design, develop, implement, and analyze enterprise datawarehouse. * Design relational and multi-dimensional database schemas (logical, physical and presentation layers) * Document database designs, relationships, and objects Required Experience: * BS in Computer Science, CIS, or related fields * Minimal 5 plus years experience with Business Intelligence tools, Data modeling, metadata and user interface and reports * Strong technical knowledge of OBIEE architecture, BI Applications (Core Financials, HR analytics, Sales) * Experience with reporting tool OBIEE dashboards/reports * Experience using ETL tool (Informatica), Oracle/SQL Server. * Minimal 5 years hands on experience with Oracle 10g database system. * Minimum 5 years experience managing a Business Intelligence systems project through a full life cycle.
