Experience in development with a general purpose development language such as java, perl, python, or C++. Experience with source code management tools such as CVS and Subversion. Knowledge of effective use of HTML and CSS. Proficiency with cross-browser/cross-platform issues and web standards. Must have good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills and work well as part of a team.
