Collaborates with cross functional teams to review and analyze system requirements. Develops enterprise level applications in C# and ASP.NET. Solves complex analytical problems with minimal supervision. Understands the use of industry tools and technology and how their implementation affects project goals. Create technical documentation for internal and external clients that accurately describe the configuration of technology utilized to implement a solution. Develop work products in accordance with client's Solution Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and best practices Create required project documentation such as task schedule, functional specifications, detailed design, unit test plans, unit test cases, and end user documentation Participate and present in formal code, design, and test plan reviews Maintain current with the use of industry tools, technologies, and best practices and how they can be leveraged to achieve product/project goals Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years professional work experience designing and developing enterprise scale, database-centric applications using C# and Microsoft SQL Server. Experience in developing enterprise scale, data driven windows services, web applications, and web services using C# and ASP.NET. Experience with XML, XML DOM, XDR schemas, and XSD schemas. Object oriented design skills using UML or other industry standard modeling tools or languages. Adept at use and concepts of full Software Development Life Cycle methodology. Analytic ability to research technical issues and generate creative/innovative solutions. Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time and prioritize tasks to meet critical and sometimes changing deadlines. Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to build consensus among people with differing ideas. Ability to work as part of a team and on independent tasks with minimal supervision. Proficient in use of Microsoft Office tools including Visio. Experience developing on Visual Studio 2005 platform.
