Title : SAP CRM Functional Consultant
Location : Newark, NJ
Duration : 6 + months
Start Date : ASAP
The person will be responsible for the overall support of the SAP CRM solution including, but not limited to, Web UI, Sales and Marketing, Role Security, Middleware, and Interaction Center.
Responsibilities include:
Implement CRM components based on business requirements.
Develop functional specifications for reports, interfaces, and new implementations.
Research and resolve technical issues.
Independently drive issues resolution, develop business knowledge, and apply technical solutions.
Develop and deliver super-user training.
Required Skills/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business or technical field.
Must have 3-5 years with SAP CRM (7.0 or 2007 experience preferred).
Proficient using ABAP and Java including development of Web Dynpro applications.
Must have worked on at least two complete CRM project implementations .
Experience with upgrading from CRM 6.0 to 7.0 (preferred).
Functional, configuration, and implementation experience in SD.
