The qualified individual must demonstrate a working knowledge of the JDA suite of applications, work closely with all developers on the team and is responsible for delivering efficient solutions by the team. This individual should have a strong programming background and is responsible for troubleshooting and fixing problems in a highly customized JDA environment. Must be able to maintain, troubleshoot and enhance JDA functionality. Technical and some functional support of all JDA modules: Master Planning, Demand Planning, Strategy, Fulfillment, Sequencing, etc. Must have excellent Unix, Oracle and PLSQL Development skills. This individual will be part of an on-call support team that rotates weekly including nights and weekends. Capable of delivering quality results, create long term value for our business, and able to be successful independently and as part of a team. * *Additional job functions include but are not limited to: Analyzing, programming, researching, documenting, and recommending viable and cost effective solutions.
