Job title -   VMS (Vendor Management System) Consultant with HR Business
Analysis

Position Type - Contract

Location - bay area, CA

Duration - 6 Months +

 

 

Critical need: 

Experience in designing and implementing Vendor Management Systems (e.g.,
Fieldglass, Beeline, People Click etc), and experience in the alternate
workforce business process.

Client is looking for VMS (Vendor Management System) Consultant who has
experience in implementing Vendor Management Application (Software) for
recruitment & staffing. The system is responsible for sending out job
orders, applicant/vendor tracking etc

 

Responsibilities

 

The HR Business Systems Analyst is responsible for leading requirements
definition, functional specifications, and implementation for key global
initiatives on the Human Resources Information Systems roadmap.  This
position will work closely with other HR groups, IT, various functional
groups, and business units in defining and implementing HRIS solutions to
meet business objectives.  

 

Job Requirements

 

*       Minimum 8 years experience in enterprise applications implementation
(including packaged and custom development); strong business systems
analysis and process design skills; knowledge of project management software
tools and management techniques. 
*       5-8 years of experience as business systems analyst, including HRIS
analyst experience 
*       Experience with SAP HR Module experience required 
*       Experience in Procurement and Vendor Management solutions required 
*       Experience taking strategic business initiatives and crafting clear,
thorough functional requirements to be implemented by IT or 3rd Parties 
*       Experience working with Web applications required 
*       Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build strong
professional relationships, and effective interfacing with various levels of
management 
*       Excellent verbal and written communication skills required, with
ability to communicate clearly with all types of users 
*       Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel,
Access, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Project 

 

Basic Qualifications

Bachelors Degree Required
