Also responsible for conducting research and root cause analysis for customers with the goal of recommending and implementing new processes and solutions to problems. Resolve issues and improve operational performance. -Performs Business Requirements Gathering process, including the creation of deliverables -Conducts detailed research -Performs analysis necessary to identify viable solution alternatives -Follows the Horizon's business requirement's documentation process utilizing the appropriate tools -Deliver work estimates to client(s) -Creates technical documents and high-level solution design -Participates in the complete system development life cycle - Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for projects, implementations, system fixes and enhancements, etc. - Distribute and follow-up on work assignments. - Perform other related tasks as assigned by management. -Provides professional and prompt technical support to customers, partnering with other internal departments to provide two way communications and customer impacts. -Conducts analysis, research and resolves complex customer issues -Assesses system and error trends to identify and resolve irregularities in the production environment and performs targeted support to proactively prevent future incidents. -Manages and mentors less seasoned technical support analysts providing leadership as needed. -Coordinates and conducts testing and test plan activities to ensure the quality of enhancements moving into the production environment -Acquires and maintains knowledge relevant to key systems and documents business requirements to resolve complex issues. -Acts s SME on ANSI Transactions -Maintains relationships with external vendors as needed to resolve production problems.
