We are currently looking for a *SharePoint* *Developer*. See job
specification below.
*Duration* - 2-3 months
*Location* - Mt. Prospect, IL - *Prefer local to Chicago IL*
*Description - *
Must have SharePoint content publishing template, Web User Controls, Web
Content Management part and SharePoint API.
Our client is using Web Content Management extensively. Also, they use the
content publishing template.
They would prefer to have the person go into the interview being able to
answer questions related to their actual experience with content publishing
templates than to study up on it for the interview. Also, SharePoint API.
I know from the past, they've done Google mapping and layering API.
They want candidates with solid expereincie in the SharePoint content
publishing template, Web User Controls, Web Content Management part and
SharePoint API. Also, candidates must have very good communication and
presentation skills . We cannot accept candidates with visa issues related
to their expiration date.
Since the client requires a face-to-face interview after their phone screen,
they prefer candidates who are located in Chicago.
*Major Duties *
* Build websites using SharePoint Server 2007, ASP.NET and C# along with
various web services
* Construct Enterprise Integration Applications using ASP.NET, C# and
the SAP .NET Connector
* Develop Ecommerce enabled sites integrating the SAP.NET Connector,
external web services and Bosch internal and DMZ located assets
* Participate in Agile (XP) projects including story gathering and
iteration management. This would include being able to construct UML design
documents as needed, NUnit testing, automated deployment and other advanced
development practices.
* Provide effective liaison with business units and users
* Understand the value of a properly architected Service Oriented
Architecture.

* Web Content Management (WCMS)
* Content Publishing Templates
* Application Programming Interface (API)

*Minimum Experience*
**
* Experience: 2-5 years actual workplace experience, technical
leadership of development, Object Oriented (OO) programming on production
applications, and business liaison experience
* Programming and Systems Skills: OO language experience beyond C# (C++,
Java, Smalltalk, etc.), minimum two years C# experience in a production
environment, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, Web Service Enhancements (WSE), database and
stored procedure experience (SQL Server 2005 required, Oracle 9+ a plus),
UML-based design and modeling.
* Knowledge: Object Oriented development, Web Service Development,
Unified Modeling Language (use case, activity diagram, class diagram and
sequence diagram), Agile project management methodologies, Test-driven
development and continuous integration concepts.
* Education: BS in Computer Science
