Position Title : QA Application Tester Location : Auburn Hills, MI Duration : 12 Months. Rate : DOE Skills Required: Candidate must be available for work immediately. Bachelors Degree in information systems or business-related field, or equivalent work experience required. CQA/CSTE certification a plus. Clear understanding of financial and banking industry. Prior Hogan Deposit (DDA) experience preferred. Ability to understand and translate System requirements and design documents into written, detailed test scripts. Excellent comprehensive test planning skills with the ability to execute testing and report results. Excellent trouble shooting skills with the ability to identify defects and provide detailed written descriptions of problems uncovered during testing. Ability to perform and document tasks with an understanding of the expected outcomes. Ability to manage time and priorities according to team/project objectives, in a fast-paced project environment. Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills. Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills with a proven ability to work with a diverse team of individuals with different needs and objectives Must be detail and task oriented, along with having a strong work ethic. Strong self-initiation and self-motivation disciplines. Advanced problem-solving and analytical abilities.
