We are having an urgent requirement for a “Business Analyst” in
Location : Cincinnati, OH
Visa : US Citizen and GC or GC EAD Only
Position : Long term Contract
No of Positions : 2
Position Description:
· Analysis of Requirements - business and technical Coordination of Effort
· Estimation process between various teams
· Keeping track of all project requests and requirements
· Preparing Requirements Document
· Gathering Non-Functional requirements - volumes, SLA/SLO related, etc
· Provide inputs for Test Cases, Plans and particpate in reviews of the same
· Good analytical, problem – solving and decision making skills leveraging both logic and creativity.
· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
· Ability to listen and articulate ideas verbally as well as in written format.
· Understanding of UML concepts – use case/activity diagrams and class/object/sequence diagrams.
· Understanding of the SOA architecture – preferred not must have.
· Prior experience on working in development projects preferably J2EE/Chordiant/Oracle
· Prior experience as business analyst in banking domain.
· Good understanding of the software development life cycle and related processes.
