Serves as a single point of contact for all technical aspects of the projects and takes the project from the design through final implementation. The candidate selected will be an expert in application systems architecture; will have undertaken and successfully delivered complex projects requiring specialized technical knowledge. Be comfortable and effective in interacting with architects and developers from multiple application teams. This project will require the candidate to lead the solution design for a number of systems, involving multiple disciplines that will impact multiple business units. Makes well thought out decisions on complex or ambiguous IT architecture and software design issues. Coordinates with business analysts and users to determine functional requirements. Effectively leads an onsite and off shore development team. Ensures that projects or enhancements are well designed and meet performance criteria.
