The big thing is “Quoting Modules” MUST HAVES: -8-10 years of experience Oracle ERP systems -Strong client-facing skills, and ability to relate and connect to customers and take a high level need and translate impact on ERP configuration and technology changes -Experience with Quoting module -Experience customizing Oracle ERP for an organization -Strong business analyst skills, including high level requirements gathering, design, and ability to translate into highly detailed functional and technical specifications. PLUSSES: -(Big Plus) Experience in an IT Product Sales, Services, and Maintenance company - Consulting background (Big 4) - Order Management, Oracle Sales Online, and Invoicing experience - Business Process Re-engineering experience - Vanilla ERP MUST HAVES: Group is undertaking a Program consisting of 3 projects currently. One project is wrapping up, so the consultant will be focused on the other two projects. The first project is a re-design of the warehouse, in which they just completed the high level business process design. They had a lead BA and a couple of consultants come in and gather the requirements and now need someone to translate detailed design into functional and technical specs. The also need to define the technical objects to fill in ERP gaps, handle change management, and ultimately help with the QA and UAT. After that the project will go live. The second project they will be undertaking will be is on the professional services side, where they have completed the end planning phase and developed a scope statement and are ready to begin the requirements gathering phase. This project will deal with Quoting and Order Management modules.
