Job title: Mainframe Database Administrator

Duration: 6 - 12 months
Rate: $45/hr max
Job description:
Eight to ten years experience in Mainframe Database Administration for both DB2 and IMS.
Prior experience on projects that requires understanding of a software development life cycle and methodology.
At least four to five years experience in the design, development and support of both large OLTP and Data Warehousing related databases and applications.
Good Written and Verbal skills
Works well with teams
Familiarity with Mainframe tools, programs, utilities as well as DBA tools, i.e.; TSO,ISPF, Clist, DFDSS/ABARS, Omegamon for DB2/IMS, Cobol, CICS, MQSeries, Librarian, Erwin, DBArtsisan
Additional skills a plus;
UDB on AIX
SQL Server
