Working hours would be on Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.*** * * * * ** *Job Description:* 1. 4 to 5+ years of Technical Recruiting/Business Development experience in the Information Technology & Staffing industry. 2. Must have knowledge of full life cycle sales process on both the client and candidate side. 3. Highly motivated; results-oriented, self disciplined and have a positive attitude. 4. Capable of developing lead generation strategies and marketing plans for new accounts. 5. Must be able to do cold calling to generate new clients and source right requirements. 6. Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills. 7. Preferred to have their own contacts and database of clients, which can be used to leverage company's growth. 8. Strong organizational skills are required in order to maintain a level of activity, which includes qualifying prospects, scheduling client meetings, pipelining qualified candidates, and generating revenue. 9. Outstanding persuasion, negotiation and investigative skills with ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments 10. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, creativity, excellent attitude towards teamwork and common goals achievement. 11. Understanding of contract terms such as, Corp-to-Corp, Contract-W2, 1099, and other tax terms 12. Should have strong Knowledge about H1B Transfer 'process' 13. Proficient in Recruiting techniques such as vendor networking, job boards, Internet search, head hunting etc. *Note: Candidates with Domestic Recruiting Experience need not apply. * *Desired Candidate Profile: * 1. Sourcing, screening, filtering resumes, checking references. 1. Recruiting via Internet job boards (Dice.com) (hot jobs) direct phone sourcing, vendor network (http://www.linkedin.com) ; http://www.facebook.com & http://twitter.com etc., referrals and expanded Internet sourcing. 2. Understanding requirements and sourcing the suitable candidates for different technical positions. 3. Negotiating regarding rate with Respective employers of their Respective Consultants. 4. Identifying suitable candidates quickly for client submission, screening candidates. 5. Maintaining Database of all Consultants/vendors which ever submitted and Rejected by clients. 6. Getting suitable requirements from vendors for our H1B consultants. 7. Negotiating rates. 8. Taking confirmation from vendors and our bench consultants. 9.
