This will be a 2 year project at least. We have 2 people in there now. 1 is being moved to a different schedule with more responsibility and 1 is being let go for sleeping on the job. I need a true, right out of school, Jr. SQL Server DBA. Hopefully they will have some experience, but it is not necessary. We just need someone who is good, a hard worker and wants to work. Also, someone who knows this is a 16 hour/week and it is over night. Not someone who will have a problem in a few months because they want 40 hours. This position will open up into more hours as time goes on.
