*Location is Hartford, CT, * *Duration is 6 months.* *Security - Expert - CT* Security professionals oversee the development and delivery of corporate information protection standards, policies, best practices, architecture, and systems to ensure data and information integrity across the organization's systems and networks. They are responsible for administering and updating user accounts and access control rules, assessing the vulnerability of IT systems to unauthorized access, and supporting the use of network security and encryption routines. Incumbents monitor data security profiles on all IT platforms. They ensure that regulatory audit requirements are accounted for and implemented in the security architecture for all business systems processes. Incumbents assess the vulnerability of IT systems to environmental hazards such as fire and water, and loss of electricity. From their assessment of security risks members develop risk analysis scenarios and devise business continuity procedures and solutions. Security professionals conduct studies within and outside the organization to ensure compliance with standards and currency with industry security norms. They also oversee the selection of vendors, tools and security services to automate security administration. IT Security professionals should have extensive knowledge in networking, operating systems, databases and systems operations. Incumbents must also possess strong problem analysis and decision making skills. Security professionals work with project teams as security consultants and are proactive in educating clients about security policies and best practices. This resource will serve as primary tool support expert in Oracle Identity Federation, Oracle Identity Manager and RSA FIM. Candidates must have demonstrated experience configuring and supporting those tools as well as experience with Directory Services and Siteminder. Individual must possess excellent consulting skills and the ability to interface with both application development teams as well as infrastructure support groups for the purposes of designing solutions, implementing them, testing them and supporting them in production. *Candidate must have the following experience/skills:* Oracle Identity Federation, Oracle Identity Manager and RSA FIM.
