Should have knowledge of architectural design, web parts development, management, and troubleshooting with a focus on planning, deploying, and supporting enterprise *SharePoint* implementations a. Create and maintain Sites and Site Collections, as well as all associated databases and services, such as Shared Service Providers, and Extended Authentication providers if needed b. Qualify, install, and maintain any Plug-in, Feature, Web Part, Template, or Solution, including 3rd party software or applications c. Recommend, establish, maintain, and/or enforce end user access policy and permissions 3. Must have Experience configuring and working with Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS) and SQL Server 2005 4. Must utilize and consult with the client on a "best practices" approach to Project Management and Change Management. 5. Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization. 6. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and effective communicator.
