*Must have strong understanding of the Software/Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) as well as educational domain knowledge and educational software.* The roles of the Product Designers are to serve as the intermediary between the technical programmers and the non-technical team (consisting of the directors of content, assessment, and field operations). In this capacity, they serve multiple functions including business analysis, systems design, development support, and testing. *Professional Experience: *Minimum of 8 years experience with designing application software (especially educational software), data analysis, data access, data structures, data manipulation, databases, programming, testing and implementation, technical and user documentation, software conversions; environments include but are not limited to mainframe, mid range, personal computers, laptop; available to assist and/or lead in the design of program specifications and the implementation of software solutions. Product designers need not be specialized senior programmers; rather we seeking candidates with very strong business analyst backgrounds.
