Work with customers to design, configure, and deploy appropriate solutions 2. Quickly understand client’s systems/procedure and design workflows, new processes, data flow, and integrations with existing systems and business practices 3. Document business processes and gain approval from the client 4. Understand electric utility meter-to-cash process 5. Manage system testing and implementation (Project Tracking and Reporting tool (PTR) and Endpoint-Link Pro (EPLP), OpenWay, and The client Enterprise Edition Meter Data Management (IEE MDM) 6. Learn the client products and services using training materials and classroom instruction 7. Provide client documentation of the client systems and products as needed to support project development 8. Design and deliver reports as needed (weekly status as well as system performance) and analyze data to ensure accuracy 9. Support overall project schedule and resolve issues 10. Provide on-site user training 11. Communicate both written and verbal activities with customers and the client Project Managers to meet specified project deadlines 12.
