This person should be an expert in Java development and well versed in common frameworks and design patterns applicable to online transactional solutions (caching, MVC, synchronous/asynchronous transaction management, etc.). This candidate should be experienced in estimating and managing work, and with collaborating closely with design teams and product managers to shape solutions. Candidates must have senior level skills with at least 10 years of experience.
