Position Title : Graphic Design Location : Atlanta, GA Duration : 12 Months. Rate : DOE Skills Required: 6+ years of hands on design experience (with at least 5 years of web user interface experience) A solid understanding of UI/Product/Application design process and methodology Ability to effectively and positively participate in a design team Proven ability to interpret, implement and defend company / corporate brand Excellent conceptual and collaborative skills Ability to take original design concepts to visual comps Outstanding visual style and eye for professional design Attention to detail Solid sense of typography, layout, color, imagery, and interactivity to positively impact designs Ability to execute solutions, based on objectives and audience, under tight deadlines. Technical Proficient on both Mac and PC platforms Proficient in Adobe CS4 Suite and Flash Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Solid working knowledge of various web technologies (e.g., HTML, XML, JavaScript, Ajax, Flex) Comprehensive understanding of user experience, online industry standards and terminology Effective and efficient internet research skills Expert production art skills Professional Excellent communication skills - written and verbal Organized and effective time manager Able to juggle multiple projects, work effectively under pressure, and meet tight deadlines Highly self-motivated, independent, responsible, and accountable Team player Ability to maintain a professional relationship with clients, coworkers, and management Forward thinking with the ability to solve problems and resolve issues quickly Your responsibilities Interact with the art director, lead designer, and producers to understand design scope and deliverables Execute designs per direction and requirements Follow workflow processes Translate wireframes into visual comps Revise and iterate designs and visual comps Strive for optimum functionality - "Best Practices" Participate in critiques and design reviews Maintain, implement and defend online style guide Attend required meetings Please reply back to this email with your most updated resume along With compensation requirements.
