* * *Project Background*: The FA Docket Project is a new web based JAVA application which will support all of the adoption case management functionality needed by each of the 21 county Surrogates and Family Court users. The project is federally funded and must follow grant deadlines and protocols. *Description of work*: The Information Technology Office requires a senior application developer/analyst. The senior developer/analyst will work under the supervision of a project manager or other designated representative. The senior developer/analyst will be required to review the proposed system requirements, perform systems analysis and develop application test plans, test cases, and functional test scripts to fully test the system. *Description of Deliverables: * The selected senior developer/analyst will participate in the elaboration and construction phases of the project life cycle of the FA Adoption application. They will develop application test plans, test cases, and functional test scripts. * * *Skill Level requirements* * * • A minimum of five (5) years analyzing system requirements and work flow analysis. • A minimum of five (5) years experience with preparing test documentation & test programs. • A minimum of three (3) years experience with *JAVA/J2EE, Java Script, JSP, HTML* and *XML*. • A minimum of three (3) years experience with *3-Tier design, Java servlets, EJBs, Websphere Advanced* Server • A minimum of four (4) years experience with *Rational Unified Process*(RUP). • A minimum of four (4) years experience with *Load Runner*. • A minimum of three (3) years experience with *JTEST & Jprobe.* • A minimum of one (1) year experience with *iBatis*. • A minimum of three (3) years experience with *Rational Clear Case*(UCM) • MUST have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken English. • Ability to analyze business requirements and use cases • Familiarity with *DB2 Stored Procedures* • Ability to develop *Test scripts* <[email protected]>
