*Responsibilities:* · Will be a part of PeopleSoft development team responsible for PeopleSoft system configuration, modification, development and integration. · PeopleSoft technical experience · Manufacturing industry experience, specifically in HR, Payroll and Benefits Administration · Requires demonstrated expertise from a technical environment perspective with PeopleTools, App Engine, Crystal, Query, Component Interface, Application Administration. · Experience with PeopleSoft ERP · Held a role of developer on PeopleSoft implementation project · Participated in at least one full implementation project · Demonstrated ability to transform functional specs into a technical design and specifications for interfaces, enhancements, and conversions as well as develop and document process and procedures used to support a technical environment · Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Must have 5-7 years of relevant experience Has wide range of experience in sizes and types of projects that are relevant to the role. *Skills:* · PeopleSoft v9.0/ PeopleTools v8.49 ·Crystal Reports, Internet , Internet Security, MS Access, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, PeopleSoft · Strong analysis skills. ·Proven Project Management skills for managing medium-sized projects. Strong combination of functional and technical skills.
