*Client: Capital One Bank* *Loc: Richmond, VA* *Duration: 1+ years* *Need BSA for Ecommerce Group* This position resides in the Ecommerce group. This group supports web marketing for Card products. Example of projects: Creation of a Rewards site where customers can modify their rewards plans, implementing Reg AA requirements, a site where customers can opt in or out of over limit fees. *Strong communication skills are required. This BSA will have to communicate with a variety of line of business customers, IT, testers, offshore developers and project managers. * This BSA will document system requirements for the Sales and Service Portal. Understanding of Portal technology is highly desired, but not required. Business requirements are written by the integrated BSA, not this BSA. Understanding of Content Management systems is highly desired, but not required. This BSA will work with business users to understand what they want to put on the website. Is it something that will need to be modified frequently or not much at all? These kind of questions determine if something needs to be hard coded on the website or not. Has to be able to work independently and be comfortable reaching out to various people to get answers.
