*Network / Sys Admin support person shall be involved in following tasks:*

* Provide Network Operations Support:*
* Configure Routers and Switches*
* Configure Firewall*
* Support all the equipment*
* Back up*
* Monitoring and Troubleshooting*
* Current Network Infrastructure includes:*
* CISCO Catalyst switches 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000, 6000 series*
* CISCO Routers*
* Firewall – Nokia Check Point, CISCO PIX, Microsoft ISA*

* *
* Provide Data Center Support: This would include:*
* Configuration of servers*
* Installation of Operating Systems*
* Supporting the hardware*
* Back Up*
* Monitoring and Troubleshooting*
* Support wireless access points and security (CISCO Radius Server)*
* Following are the servers that currently being used by Client, which HCLT
need to support:*
* Windows / Intel based server from Dell and HP (Proliant series)*
* HP UX*
* Operating Systems currently in use include – Windows NT, Windows 2000,
Windows 2003, LINUX and UNIX*

* Other Hardware / Applications to be supported:*
* Support Microsoft Exchange 2003.*
* Support Tools like: CISCO Works, MRTG, WhatsUpGold for Monitoring*
