•           Own all training materials for functional area – coaching
guides, expert-led training materials, RWD documents, job aids, and any
supplemental materials.  Particular focus on SCE and familiarity with
Finance and BI considerable plus.

•           Partner with BPM team members to identify courseware needed,
critical content, and review schedules, and approvals

•           Develop all materials required needed to educate associates on
functionality required to successfully transact SAP-enabled processes on
day-one

•           Execute training development activities as identified in the
training development tracker, including development of new materials or
modification of existing materials based on inputs from Change Impact
Analysis, Fit/Gap, EGT, and other sources.

•           Educate BPM and wave developers, and enforce,  development
standards and templates with all parties – BPM, Wave, Region, etc. (e.g.,
when to use a screen shot, when to use a Sim, when to use PPT vs. CG)

•           Escalate issues to Training team lead or CE lead, as appropriate

•           Understand SAP roles for given functional area (including
up-stream and down-stream processes)

•           Coordinate with IMG Communications and Wave CE resources in
communication material development specific to, or affected by, functional
area

•           Coordinate with IMG Change Management to advance Change Impacts
Assessment and Role Mapping materials specific to, or affected by,
functional area

•           Serve as point of contact between CE and BPM teams to ensure CE
has process information needed, and that BPM has awareness of CE needs and
timelines

•           Develop and maintain RWD documents for specific area, and when
BPM creates simulations, to perform a quality and consistency check before
approving

•           Work with local waves to identify changes/edits/improvements to
training materials specific to their area

•           Review training materials from user standpoint to ensure
materials are easily understood, quickly accessed, accurate, and complete.
Make adjustments to materials and recommendations to Training and CE leads
for improvements to structure, format, and accessibility.

•           Perform QA on any approved materials developed by Wave teams to
ensure full compliance with training templates and standards

•           Ensure status of items on development tracker are up-to-date and
accurate, including working with training lead to identify issues, at-risk
items, or changes to priorities

•           Assist with processing changes to Roles/Tcodes with review of
new Security Request Form and working with BPM, Security and Compliance to
ensure all changes are reflected in training materials.



Requirements

•           At least 2 large-scale SAP implementations serving in dedicated
training roles

•           RWD uPerform/InfoPak/ProductivityPak required

•           Excellent MS Office Suite skills (in particular Excel,
Powerpoint, Word)

•           WM, SCM, GTS, LES, TMS module experience strongly preferred

•           Hi-Tech and/or Distribution and Warehouse industry experience
preferred

•           Strong oral and written communication
