*BSA with ETL experience* *I know that rate might be a little bit of a challenge, but this is all this manager has to work with at this time - he will hire from phone interview* *NOTES FROM HIRING MANAGER:* Need a BSA with STRONG DATA skills. With data modeling, data requirements, ETL, etc. Manager has two applications that need significant enhancements that are data intensive. One is loan data - so someone with past experience with loan systems/data (consumer, mortgage, commercial) would be great. The other is incentives - so probably less experience needed on this side since it is probably easier to understand. Need this person to be able to work with our DDE group to provide ETL (extraction, transformation and load) requirements and document all the validation points along the way.
