* Description : * Role: Process Quality Analyst Duration: 3 to 6 months Location: Sacramento, CA Rate : Market(AS LOW) Responsibilities: § Review documents to ensure they meet the contractual requirements as well as internal standards § Develop work flow charts and document process, procedures and guidelines § Perform internal process audits, analyze findings and recommend areas of improvement § Define, collect and analyze metrics across cross functional areas § Develop action plans to improve performance based on audits, metrics, data analysis, or customer feedback § Work in partnership with appropriate staff in creating process related documentation § Assist in performance improvement support as required.
