Dear All Let's also my comments
What is a community telecentre? (1) Telecentres all have communications equipment - YES, but not only (computer, copyier, etc. epending on the basic services, e.g. education, telework) (2) Community, even when people don't physically socialize in the Telecentre itself, is at the core - YES, not only on client side, but also as owner, supervisor (3) The information, or, the Knowledge (Sensible Communication and Information) is the reason Telecentres exist - NO, but local content development, maintenance becomes more and more important part of network services, local business activities generated by the telecentre (4) Telecentres in the context of the WGIG relate to internet access, but are not limited to Internet Access - YES (see my earlier comments, what is good for telecentres) (5) Capabilities of Telecentres can be positively and negatively affected by proper and improper internet governance (respectively) - evidence, (see also my earlier comments, what is good for telecentres) (6) Domain names - irrelevant (7) Access to content; languages, licensing, Standards being conformed to - telecentres should be supported in different ways by national and international services (education, quality assurance, best practices, information, cosultation, access to low price hardware and woftware, services, business incubation support, etc.). Don Camerons' comments - to his NO-s - fits also to Hungarian situation.
