Everyone in the group should go to www.digitaldivide.net and set up a free DDN account if you don't have one already; you can then go to

http://www.digitaldivide.net/events/view.php?EventID=11

and click the link that says you plan to attend the event; this will generate a list of all people who are attending.

I am also setting up a wiki page so that all of us can post our travel plans.

I would suggest we plan to have a group meeting during the second week of the prepcom, perhaps tuesday or wednesday (Feb 22 or 23).

Thanks for the information. Can we share our names who are participating the PrepCom II ? Then, we can plan for a meeting during the prepcom and need to fix agenda.

If we agree, I have a plan to invite practitioners to demonstrate the Telecenter experiences working all over the world. We also can bring the issue in the CS Plenary.

Let's keep discussing.

    Hi everyone,

For those of you attending the prepcom, there will be a pre-prepcom
civil society plenary meeting. I will not arrive in Geneva until 21
February, so I hope other members of the telecentres group will
    identify
themselves and perhaps help organize a caucus meeting during the CS
    plenary meeting.

    thanks,
    ac
