Here are my quick inputs to the discussion over th e 5 major challenges in implementation of telecenters.
1) Lack of an appropriate telecenter software toolset 2) No consensus over an appropriate business model 3) Poor communication between funding agencies and practitioners 4) Scarce telecenter management training 5) No global coordination towards a Universal Internet Access campaign and.. 6) Lack of understanding by the development community that universal internet access is the pathway to poverty erradication!
