Job Description:

Synopsis: The LCM VoIP Network Architect is responsible for the end-to-end
voice network design, implementation, and management of a global outsourced
enterprise network under the AT&T IPT Standards. The LCM Network Architect
is a recognized expert and main AT&T technical point of contact for any
complex voice network design issues or operational problems. The LCM Network
Architect will partner with the customers strategic engineering team to
develop and propose strategic network initiatives related to the enterprise
data network. The network architect works closely with the sales team for
new technical opportunities. The LCM VoIP Network Architect is responsible
for providing technical leadership to the AT&T LCM and COE teams for the
implementation of the clients technology standards, ensure technical
standards are met, and provide guidance during network installations as
required. The LCM VoIP Network Architect is responsible for the technical
integrity and stability of the voice network along with ensuring on-time
quality service delivery of all voice engineering projects.
Required Skills: Candidates must be able to effectively interact at multiple
levels, from extreme technical detail to high-level management
communication. Candidate must have extensive knowledge in all areas of voice
network design, implementation and management, with a minimum of 5-plus
years of hands-on technical experience with Cisco products. Knowledge of CVP
(Customer Voice Portal) and UCCE (Unified Contact Center Enterprise) from
Cisco.
Skills: Strong familiarity with AT&Ts products, services and processes.
Prior experience on an AT&T Outsourcing account, CCDP or CCVP or equivalent
certifications desired, Voice CCIE certification preferred.
