Prefer candidates with a full software development lifecycle (SDLC) background, including specific experience preparing design documents, conducting code reviews, creating and executing unit test plans. Should have 3+ years in OO analysis and design, must be able to derive elegant OO designs from detailed requirements documents and express those designs in UML. Must be able to create detailed unit test plans per requirements and document and execute unit tests to validate software functionality. ** ** Should have 4+ years Java experience. Should know way around J2EE, API, including debugging classpath issues, threading, JDBC. Should have intermediate level SQL experience, preferably with DB2.
