Assists with the creation and maintenance of entire information systems and individual programs to meet the users evolving needs. Possess great attention to detail while also being flexible to adapt to a dynamic environment and changing priorities. Performs original program creation as well as the ability to troubleshoot and problem solve existing programs. Takes ownership of their work adhering to HIPPA regulations and strives to promote exceptional work ethics. Expected to maintain and adhere to company-wide and departmental polices, standards, and operational guidelines. Occasionally interacts with various Operations personnel and IT development staff to determine user requirements for software maintenance. Experience with BizTalk and MS Commerce Server Some EDI (HIPAA) background required. Healthcare background. Experience with Healthcare and X12 HIPAA transactions and XML and XML schema development experience. BizTalk 2006, BizTalk 2006 R2, BizTalk 2004, Business Rules Engine, Business Activity Monitoring, Orchestrations, InfoPath, SharePoint, EDI, XML, MQ Series, Oracle, MS SQL Server 7.0 and 2000, Database Interface Designer, Commerce Manager, and Router Maps. Resource Registry, COM adapter, Text File Importer, Web Integrator, and Mercator Programming Interface. Experience with BizTalk 2006 / 2006 R2 mapper using all functoids. Experience with HIPAA, BaseEDI, FTP, POP3, SMTP, FILE, HTTP, and SQL adapters. Experience with BizTalk 2006 / 2006 R2 HIPAA schemas and pipelines.
