Test Director and WinRunner nice-to-have. < Performance Testing experience. < CMMi Methodology experience highly preferred. Resource is evaluated on his/her ability to interface professionally with project teams, identify and analyze quality risks, determine the test approach, determine test project scope, prepare time estimates, prepare and manage the project testing schedule, prepare and implement test plans, and management. Knowledge and experience in QAmethodology and metrics. Required Experience: 3+ years of Lead experience with in QA Role, must have experience leading multiple projects with in a manual environment Must have experience with performance testing, creating metrics and evaluating and writing RFPs and RFQs Must have experience working with the MercurySuite - QTP, Quality Center (QC), Test Director, WinRunner and LoadRunner. Must have excellent communication (written, verbal), organizational and planning skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a "Team Oriented" environment. Experience with implementing and defining QAmethodology, metrics, process, tools and documents, preference would be in the CMMI methodology Experience with the following on large scale projects: <> Leading a QAteam involving large batch testing, data conversion and multiple interfaces. <> Developing test approaches/strategies for large scale projects. <> Identifying and analyzing quality risks. <> Determining testing scope. <> Preparing and adhering to time estimates (SOW). <> Preparing and managing the project testing schedule. <> Preparing and implementing test plans. <> Managing defects.
