Please pay particular attention to the following description as this position is unique. This position is for someone to complete Application Performance Engineering on a web based application. The person will be involved from the beginning of the project assisting with: the performance test strategy and planning, creating a full set of scripts and design load scenarios, completing all testing and analysis of raw data and server side statistics to identify performance issues, help ensure what is being delivered actually meets the set of requirements. We are looking for someone who has: 6 to 10 years experience writing scripts with a standalone version of VGEN and using HP Performance Center to execute those scripts - we are currently using VGEN 9.51 and Performance Center 9.51, Build 4122 been successful in determining web based application performance issues using HP analyzing tools Leadership skills - Able to lead this effort from start to finish Excellent communication skills - Able to communicate with all levels of management and communicate with people located in different states Must have in-depth knowledge of Windows (2003 servers and SQL 2003). Networking and/or storage background strongly preferred. Experience with .Net development preferred. Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, MS degree desirable.
