Strong and evolving competence in several programming languages and
technologies, mastery of multiple tools sets, technologies and
implementation environments
*Advanced knowledge of programming language, relational database management
systems, networking technology, multiple desk operating systems and multiple
server operating systems *
Familiarity with Rational Tool Set
Fundamentals in OO and computer science foundation
principles.
Advanced knowledge of J2EE, JAVA, EJBs, Oracle PL/SQL, MVC application
framework, design patterns, web and application servers
Strong proficiency in Data Access Objects (DAO), JDBC and
Weblogic
Knowledge of systems analysis and design (including OOAD and UML) , and
database design
Knowledge of software development lifecycle and modern software engineering
principles and
practices
Ability to focus on the goals of quality, time and
budget
Ability to work independently
Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments simultaneously and
effectively in a cross-functional team
environment
Strong problem solving and analytic
skills
Customer service orientation
Experience with Microsoft .NET platform a
plus
Experience with Weblogic application a
plus
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related subject, plus additional
related college courses or professional
training
SAML, LDAP experience.
