add missing argument to property changed callback

hook to the property-changed signal on the TpPropsIface and keep the
TpStreamEngineProperties structure up to date, so that if eg NAT traversal
mechanism changes between the channel being established and the stream being
added, the correct value is used. refactor property getting into some cleaner
functions.
